Ok go to SubWay,
Order: 6 Inch, Wheat or White bread, Chicken Strips, load up on Veggies, Old English Cheese, Sweet Onion or Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Make sure to go with one of those 2 sauces as they are the lowest calorie option.
Pair that with a Coke Zero or Pepsi MAX and BOOM.
Less than 400 calories delicious and very satiating.
