This is crazy to me.. Peter is a client that signed up 90 days ago, and in just these 90 days he went from a lazy dad bod to a fricken Movie Star with only 3 workouts per week.

But what amazed me was that it never stopped there, this is him now.

He has just kept growing and progressing like never before.

It's crazy what happens when you turn fitness into a lifestyle that you can actually enjoy and sustain for the longterm.

This is what's possible in just 90 days as a career driven man.

..whilst still been able to enjoy social life, have a few drinks here and there, and eat amazing food.


He even shared with me his lifts the last months:

Incline DB Press: 35kg -> 42kg x 8 reps

Standing Press: 50kg -> 62.5kg x 5-6 reps

Weighted Pull Ups: 5kg -> 15kg x 5-6 reps
